| Custom Gospel Tract Prices
One of our main purposes for creating Custom Tract Source was to give Christians everywhere a chance to create a custom tract perfectly suited to their particular area or outreach event. If you hand out tracts long enough, it is almost inevitable that you will begin thinking of that "dream tract" that you want made. That's where we come in!!
Here's how the process works:
Different people have different levels of involvement they would like to have in their custom tract. Some people want to design their own tract completely... Others have only an idea in their head of what they want. We can take the design from either extreme or anywhere in between!
To start off on the road to your new tract, look through the list below to figure out the size and quantity of tract you would like to create. In the list, you will find
the different sizes currently available for custom tracts, and the
costs associated with them. As you will see, each size and style has a
minimum quantity associated with it. This is done for a couple
reasons. First, it is simply not feasible for us to spend several
hours designing a custom tract if you only want to order a pack of
100. The other reason is that our printing company runs specials on
higher quantities, so it brings the price-per-pack down to a reasonable
level!
Next, simply send us an email us and let us know what you have in mind. You can include any partial (or full) gospel message ideas, as well as any sketches, photos, or other images that will be useful in creating the tract.
We will work with the ideas you have, as well as incorporating our own to create the best tract possible. You will stay in the loop via email, and we will revise the tract as many times as needed to get everything just right! Once the design is approved, we will create a custom tract item in the store, and send you the link to it. You then simply add the item to your shopping cart, and proceed through the checkout process. Once we receive payment from you, we will order the tracts from the printers!
The design process can take anywhere from one day to several weeks, depending on the type and complexity of the tract, as well as how many revisions are made. Having more to work with at the beginning (sample images, full or partial gospel message) helps move the process along much faster.
Typical printing times take roughly two weeks to arrive to you starting when we actually place the order. This process can be expedited, but the price will increase to pay for faster shipping and/or processing - sometimes drastically. What does that mean? IF YOU NEED A TRACT BY A CERTAIN DATE, CONTACT US AS SOON AS YOU CAN TO GET STARTED!! We would ask that you give us at least 30 days (if possible) for design, printing, and delivery of your custom tract. It may require more than that, depending on the number of custom tracts we have lined up to do.
Custom Tract Design Fees:
Our goal is to make this process go as smoothly and cost as little as possible for you to get that tract you've always dreamed of. We would love to be able to offer free design of the tracts, however our current work load prevents us from doing so. We have been astonished at the number of people who want custom tracts made, and have had to start charging a minimal fee to compensate for the time involved in producing the tract. So, starting March 1, 2007, we have started incorporating the following fee schedule:
Business Card, Mini-Post Card, and Post Card type tracts: $25 to $75 design fee.
Money Tracts, "Almost" Money-Sized Tracts and Tri-Fold Tracts: $100 to $250 design fee. (These tracts take a tremendous amount of time to design)
Obviously, these fees will vary depending on the complexity of what you would like done. For example, if you simply wanted to add your ministry information to an existing design, the fee would be very minimal (if any). If the work load slows down, we may remove the design fee from the custom tract process, but for now they simply must remain.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping
charges are not included in the prices below and will be the actual
charges incurred to ship the tracts from the printing company directly
to you. Tracts DO NOT include shrink wrapping, (except for the money tracts, which come shrink-wrapped) Shrink wrapping *may* be requested, at the cost of $0.40 per pack of 100 tracts to be shrink wrapped. (for example, 5,000 tracts is the same as 50 packs, and would cost $20 to shrink wrap them) Keep in mind, however, that you will also have to pay to have the tracts shipped to us from the printers (to be shrink wrapped) then shipped from us to you (once they are finished shrink wrapping).
Reselling Policy
Our policy is that we want to allow you to resell any custom tracts (or any tracts purchased in bulk) to your local evangelism team, or anyone else for that matter. You may set your own retail price, though we suggest using our prices as a guide. Typically, the retail price of most of our tracts is $5.00 per pack of 100 tracts. There is one stipulation, however. We would ask that you DO NOT sell the tracts on any website, or in any physical store without our written consent. We understand it is difficult sometimes to come up with a large sum of money to purchase huge amounts of tracts. That's why we allow you to resell them in order to re-coup the costs to produce them. You may also want to consider pooling some money together with your local team or other teams to get a larger quantity, so the price-per-pack will be cheaper.
Custom Tract Source Reselling Policy
We reserve the right to carry any custom tract in our store if we so choose to, whether in it's original state, or in a slightly modified format. These changes might be on non-essential issues that we feel might be more Biblical if written a little differently. We may choose to carry the tract in our store on a pack-by-pack basis (to keep in inventory) or to offer on our "Customized and Bulk Tracts" page. Royalties or commissions will not be paid on tracts that are sold by Custom Tract Source. We retain full rights on any designs that we do.
