| Card 1
Instructions
: Hold cards one above the other, like this -- Which line segment is
longer - the arrows pointing out or the arrows pointing in? Its an
optical illusion - It may not look like it, but the're are actually
both the same length! Our eyes are often fooled by optical illusions.
Many people are also fooled into thinking they are "good enough" to
enter Heaven when they are not. Lets see if you will be good enough to
get to Heaven... Have you ever told a lie? Have you ever stolen
anything? Have you ever looked at someone with lust or had sex outside
of marriage? Jesus said whosever looks upon a woman to lust after her
has committed adultery already with her in his heart. " If you said yes
to those questions, then God sees you as a lying, theiving, adulterer
at heart. On the day of judgment will you be guilty or innocent? If you
are reasonable you will see that you will be guilty, and therefore end
up in hell. (Continued on card 2)
Card 2 - Read Card one first!
The
Good News is that God doesn't want to send you to hell. 2,000 years
ago, Jesus Christ paid the fine for the Law that you had broken. He
paid the penalty for your sins by being tortured and dying on the
cross. "But God commends his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners,
Christ died for us." (Rom 5:8) "For God so loved the world, that he
gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him should not
perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3:16) God promises eternal
life to those who confess and forsake their
sins and place their faith in Jesus Christ alone to save them. Don't be
foolish. Confess your sins to God (name them) and forsake them once and
for all. Then place your faith in Jesus. Don't put it off until
tomorrow… You may not have tomorrow. Then read your Bible daily and
obey what you read. God will never let you down. www.TheGoodTest.com
